Highlights of NTU Professor Jun ZHAO:

• 第一个博士生3年1个月完成博士学习：My first PhD Student started her NTU PhD study in August 2018 and submitted her thesis in September 2021; i.e., it just took 3 years and 1 month to finish her PhD study.
• 第二个博士生3年3个月完成博士学习：My second PhD Student (with just a bachelor's degree, no master's degree at the beginning) started his NTU PhD study in January 2019 and submitted his thesis in April 2022; i.e., it just took 3 years and 3 month to finish his PhD study.
• 第三个博士生第4个学期有第一作者顶级会议文章录取：For my third PhD student (with just a bachelor's degree, no master's degree at the beginning), in her fourth semester of the PhD study, she has a first-authored paper below published in the 42nd IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS 2022: a top conference). The acceptance rate of ICDCS 2022 is 19%.

对于博士生（含全额奖学金），招生要求如下：

下面说的这些要求都是指一般情况下，如果你的GPA很高或者你的科研很优秀，这些英语成绩都不是非常严格的规定，即便没有达到这些英语成绩，也是有可能拿到录取和奖学金的。每方面的规定都是有可能破例的。

1. 如果雅思或者托福不符合要求，其他方面优秀也可以联系赵俊老师，也是有可能拿到录取和奖学金的。一般情况下雅思或者托福最好至少有一个，托福要求最好至少100 分，或者雅思要求最好至少 6.5分。想 2023 年 8 月份入学 NTU读博士的请在请在 2023 年 5 月 31 号前考出托福或者雅思，想 2023 年 1 月份入学 NTU读博士的请在请在 2022 年 12月 1 号前考出托福或者雅思。注意上面要求的分数规定对于优秀的申请者是可以破例的。

 

2. 如果GRE没有或者有但是不符合要求，其他方面优秀也可以联系赵俊老师，也是有可能拿到录取和奖学金的。一般情况下尽量有GRE，如果没有GRE也可以联系赵俊老师咨询其他方式来替代GRE。一般情况下GRE要求如下：Verbal语文 要求至少 149分，Quantitative数学 要求至少149分，Verbal 和Quantitative总分要求至少319，Analytical Writing写作要求至少3.5分。注意上面要求的分数规定对于优秀的申请者是可以破例的。

 

3. 关于GPA的这个规定也不是完全非常严格，如果你的科研很优秀，即便没有达到下面这个GPA的这个规定也是有可能拿到录取和奖学金的。对于GPA的要求是 100 分制下至少 80 分，或者满分4.0的 GPA 计算下至少3.2，或者满分5.0的 GPA 计算下至少4.0. 注意上面要求的分数规定对于优秀的申请者是可以破例的。

 

 

如果雅思或者托福或者GRE或者GPA的要求不满足，但其他方面比如科研、竞赛等优秀，也可以联系赵俊老师。注意本科生可以直接读博士，有研究生学习经验或者没有都可以。
