Deepu Rajan is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi (India), M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University (USA) and Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (India). From 1992 till 2002, he was a Lecturer in the Department of Electronics at Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. He is a member of IEEE. His research interests include image processing, computer vision and multimedia signal processing.
