plant and must buy electricity from suppliers. When retailers cannot buy
electricity at a low price because of tight supply of natural gas and increased
prices, their operations become a challenge. Both ceased operations. Advice: Consumers
should consider retailers who have their own power plants, so these retailers
would at least not give up operations easily when they fail to manage the price
fluctuation.
