The Laboratory for
Cell-Material Interactions

Foreword

Welcome to the Laboratory for Cell-Material Interactions. The use of biomaterials has come a long way in improving healthcare as we know it today. Even so, there is tremendous potential to further impact healthcare with advancements in materials science and technology. The key to realizing this potential lies in enhancing our understanding of how biological systems, especially cells, interact with materials of different nature. This is therefore the central theme of our research.
