The NTU’s Laboratory of Intelligent Materials and Systems investigates emerging non-volatile memory and sensory materials. Specifically, strong interest is given to the development of intelligent technology using non-volatile memory devices. The research team conducts simulations for device and circuit designs, and develops devices using advanced micro- and nano-fabrication techniques. Our laboratory equipped with the state-of-the-art micro- and nano-fabrication, film deposition, and characterisation facilities. Our research interest extends to the study and development of micro- and nano-electromechanical devices for magnetic sensing in biological and biomedical applications. We collaborate closely with industry for solution of technology, and with academic institutions for fundamental research.
