Cao Zhi was born in Wuhan, China. He received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Hohai University, Nanjing, China, in 2021, and M.Sc. degree in Power Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2022.
He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
His areas of interest in research include motor design and electric vehicles.
