Ning Kang (S'18) was born in Shanxi, China, in 1994. He received a B.S. degree in information engineering with National Scholarship Honors from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2017.
He is working toward a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. He will join the Nanyang Technological University motor lab as a research fellow.
His current research interests include the design and control strategies of megahertz wireless power transfer systems such as MIMO systems under high-speed control. In the future, his research interests will also include motor drives and power converters.
