Meng Fanbo was born in Liaoning, China. He received his B.Eng. degree in Materials Processing and Controlling Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2019, M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong, China, in 2020, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2025.
He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
His research interests include additive manufacturing, soft magnetic materials, and development of novel 3D-printed electric motors.
