     PhD
    research opportunities are available at the Spintronics Device Laboratory, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (Physics Division), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
         
    Students
    will have opportunity to work on the topics of non-volatile memory  devices, i.e. spintronics, ReRAM devices. 
     
    Several full scholarships are available for qualified students. Entry requirements include a Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, or materials science.

    GRE and TOEFL results are generally required. Alternatively, students can take NTU's English Proficiency Test (EPT) and Technical Proficiency Test (TPT) and score a good pass in both test. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
