1. Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of Pharmaceutical Products (Posted 20 June 2018)

Applications are invited for a research fellow position in the Particle Technology Lab within the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The successful candidate is expected to lead a research project to carry out Life Cycle Assessment of Pharmaceutical Products funded by the Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK)-Singapore Partnership for Green and Sustainable Manufacturing.

Requirements:
1.  PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or a closely
     related field from reputable universities
2.  Highly self-motivated, independent, and good team player
3.  Experience in LCA and SimaPro research. Previous research experiences in
     pharmaceutical-related fields will be beneficial  
4.  Strong oral and written communication skills in English

This position is available immediately for a period of one year, and may be renewed subsequently. Remuneration will be attractive, and commensurate with experience.

2. Ph.D Student (Posted 03 August 2017) Position 

A fully funded Ph.D student position is available in the Particle Technology Lab within the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The successful candidate will conduct research on a green pharmaceutical manufacturing-themed project funded by the Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK)-Singapore Partnership for Green and Sustainable Manufacturing. A generous monthly stipend aligned with university standards will be provided for a period of 4 years bond free. 

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Pharmaceutics or a closely
     related field from reputable universities
2.  Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing research. Previous research experiences in
     pharmaceutical-related fields will be beneficial 
3.  Strong oral and written communication skills in English
4.  All nationalities are encouraged to apply

Applicants must satisfy entrance requirements into graduate programs in NTU (Link). The successful candidate is expected to commence in January 2018/August 2018 semester.
